When your rug arrives, it may have minor backing creases from tight packaging and storage, but these will typically flatten within 5-7 days. To help ease the rug flat, try rolling it with the pattern side up and massaging it by hand. Placing it in a sunny room can also help loosen the backing.

Cleaning your rug is a breeze. For spills, simply remove any excess material and blot the area with a clean, wet cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can make stains harder to remove. Follow up with a cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent, then blot with a clean, wet, and dry cloth.
