When Placing a 5x8 Rug, it is recommended to keep the furniture legs off the rug. This size is perfect for a small space, though you'll want to leave 18 to 24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter.

An 8x10 Rug will fill the visual space of a seating area, with the front legs of all furniture placed around the edges. Again, be sure to leave 18 to 24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter, regardless of size.

For a 9x12 Rug, it will fill most rooms, and all furniture should be placed directly on top to keep the space intimate. As with the other sizes, you'll want to leave 18 to 24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter.

When the rug arrives, it will be factory rolled, so it may have minor backing creases from tight packaging and storage. These normally flatten within 5-7 days. To reduce creases, try rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging it by hand to help ease it flat. Laying it out in a sunny room first can also help, as the heat will loosen the backing.

Cleaning is Super easy! For spills, remove excess material and blot with a clean, wet cloth. Never rub, as this will make stains harder to remove. Repeat with cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.
