When the rug arrives, it will be factory rolled and may have minor backing creases from tight packaging and storage. Normally, these creases will flatten within 5-7 days. To reduce creases, you can roll the rug, pattern side up, and massage it by hand to help ease it flat. Try laying it out in a sunny room first, as the heat can help loosen the backing.

Cleaning these rugs is super easy! For spills, simply remove any excess material and blot with a clean, wet cloth. Never rub, as this will make stains harder to remove. Repeat this process with a cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.
