Regardless of the rug size, it is recommended to leave 18 to 24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter. For a 5x8 rug, this size is perfect for small spaces, with the furniture legs ideally placed off the rug. An 8x10 rug, on the other hand, will fill the visual space of a seating area, and the front legs of all furniture should be placed around the edges. A 9x12 rug, being the largest of the three, will fill most rooms, and all furniture should be placed directly on top to maintain an intimate feel.

These rugs boast a stain-resistant, 0.35-inch thick polypropylene pile that cleans easily with carpet cleaner or household detergents. They are suitable for a variety of rooms, including the living room, family room, dining room, or bedroom, and we believe they look great in just about any space.

Arriving factory-rolled, the rugs may have minor backing creases due to tight packaging and storage, but these typically flatten within 5-7 days.
